I have read the Annual Charter for I.M.R.G. Chapters and hereby agree to abide by it as a member of this dealer sponsored chapter.
I recognize that while this Chapter is chartered with I.M.R.G., it remains a separate, independent entity solely responsible for its actions.
I agree that the sponsoring dealer, Indian Motorcycle Riders Group (I.M.R.G.), Indian Motorcycle Company, Polaris Industries Inc., my chapter and each of their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, successors and assigns (the “released parties”) will not be liable or responsible for injury to me (including serious injury or death) or damage to my property occurring during any I.M.R.G. Activities. I understand and agree that all I.M.R.G. Members and their guests participate voluntarily and at their own risk in all I.M.R.G. Activities and I assume all risks of injury and damage related to my participation in those activities. These risks include serious injury and/or death caused by loss of vehicle control, vehicle mechanical failures, dangerous or improperly maintained roads, improperly selected routes, my own negligent acts, the negligent acts of other riders, and the potential negligence of the released parties, including the failure to adequately warn against or protect me from these risks. I agree to waive to the fullest extent allowed by law any and all claims of any kind that I have or may in the future have relating to I.M.R.G activities, whether directly or by subrogation or otherwise, the released parties, and to release, defend, hold harmless and indemnify the released parties from any and all liability for any loss, damage, expense or injury (including death) that I or my next of kin may incur resulting from my participation in such activities. I understand that this waiver and release does not extend to intentionally wrongful acts on the part of the released parties.

Chapter Dues

Starting 2022 the chapter will begin collecting dues from those that wish to be members. Hopefully you guys have seen the work that has gone into the chapter this year and have been enjoying the many rides, chapter events, and activities. So in order to do that, we need chapter funds to put towards those events and activities. This includes things like the new annual chapter picnic, two chapter trips per year, our new annual holiday party and much more. It will also be a great help towards maintenance items such as the chapter website and patches. All paying members will also get a 4″ version of our chapter patch with their signup. In addition, there are also several other perks that come with membership that are listed down below.

$30 Per year

Dues can either be paid in person, via the PayPal.me link below or a check mailed to the address below.

Great Smokies IMRG Membership Perks

Aside from being able to attend all of the member only events that are coming next year, being a paying member also comes with perks. All IMRG members get a 10% discount on apparel and parts through our sponsoring dealership. Members will also have access with a private vendor who has offered to extend their merchandise to the chapter with discounts as well, ranging from 10-15% on aftermarket gear. Potentially some type of perk with the service department, the details of which are still being worked out with the dealer. Opportunity to take part in the annual Indian Motorcycles Jack Daniels event as well. And of course being able to be part of the family that we’re trying to grow here in Great Smokies IMRG.
